The concept of bio-individuality is the idea that each of us has unique nourishment and lifestyle needs (coined by Joshua Rosenthal). One person’s nourishment is another person’s poison, and that’s why fad diets & wellness trends tend to fail in the long run. Working on the principle of bio-individuality, I’ll support you to make positive changes that are based on your unique needs, lifestyle, preferences, and ancestral background.

Targeted

Everyone has trigger points when it comes to achieving overall wellness. Maybe its your relationship to a certain thing or maybe you struggle with routine due to having ADHD. As your Wellness Coach, I will listen carefully to help you identify & overcome those triggers and we’ll navigate the world of contradictory wellness advice together to explore what truly works for you. I don’t believe to know everything but together, we will find the best solution for your specific issue that is sustainable enough to keep long term.

Integrative

It’s easy to overlook all of the things that contribute to our sense of nourishment and fulfillment. It’s not just the food we eat that affects our health, but all of the other factors present in our daily lives. Healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical activity, and a spiritual awareness are essential forms of nourishment. When these primary foods are balanced, what you eat becomes secondary. I will support you in achieving all of your goals, from adding more variety to your dishes to living an intentional & fulfilling life.

Ecotherapeutic Methods

There are multiple modes of meeting for the coaching sessions. For those who are outside of Jacksonville, Florida, virtual options are available. For those who live in the city of Jacksonville, there is the option to meet in a mutually agreed upon location somewhere in nature. Whether you’d like to meet along the beach, walk by the river, or meet in a downtown garden, the in-person options are endless.

Being within nature is not the only way I’ll incorporate it in. Do you want to learn how to cook more with plants? Do you want to learn how to start a garden or raise houseplants?
